  I love this yoga studio. It has free yoga on Saturdays at 4pm. This is a very traditional and professional style of yoga. I've been looking for more advanced classes and this one has them! They also have normal classes for the beginner. The yoga studio is clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly. Yoga teachers come from all different backgrounds. I highly recommend checking out this fun place.

  I've been to only one class so far, but I thoroughly enjoyed the workout! I learned a lot, but also could tell I definitely needed to stretch more before/after my work outs.

  3B is the very best. All the teachers are so well trained and really know how to help each client with their different needs feel comfort in their practice. I highly recommend this place to people new to yoga and advanced yogis as well. Very friendly place to all!
