  Employee ignored me when I went to the counter. I had to specifically get his attention. Then when I did get his attention, he had headphones in his ears I had to repeat myself multiple times. When I said something to him I thought he heard me and then he just took out his headphones and stared at me like there was something wrong with me or like I hadn't just asked him a question or told him what I needed. I will avoid in the future and would suggest others do the same. Who the hell wears headphones while working at a retail counter? Plus he was just plain rude and unfriendly. I felt like I was not welcome.
