Completely disappointed in their ability and willingness to assist with instructions how to mount slides I had developed at their store on the plastic mounts they provided. Was simply told they did not know how and that was the end of the discussion. Will not be using their business in the future and will be sure to inform everyone I know about my unsatisfied experience. Good Bye

Just needed a simple passport picture for my daughter. They were fast, friendly, kid friendly. We were in and out quickly. Great price too. I had previously tried another place which was not a great experience to begin with and the photo didn't work. So glad I was recommended to go to Allen's! We will be back.

As an Art Director and Amateur Photographer, I have never been impressed with the service of Allens Camera. I once sent in a roll of film to be developed, Didn't hear back for three weeks, finally called and they said they needed to send it to Salk Lake. Turns out they forgot to do that too, and When i called another week later to see what was up they said they couldn't process the role for me, after jerking me around for over a month. You feel like your an inconvenience to the staff. I really want to like this place, but I just end up going to SLC for the photo needs.

Great customer service, but over priced products. 90% of the inventory here is ProMaster, which wouldn’t be a bad thing if they didn’t mark the prices up so much. I bought a tabletop tripod for $35 and this store is selling the same exact tripod, but with the ProMaster name on it for $99. ProMaster is buying their products from the same place as everyone else, but marking them up way too high. I try to support my local businesses as much as I can, but I can’t support being ripped off.
