  Today was our 3rd delivery from RC Willey with a damaged fridge. We finally told them we wanted a full refund and we would shop elsewhere. I called Home Depot hoping someone could match the measurements to the fridge that we need. Michael answered the phone and I explained that we have wasted so much time trying to get a undamaged fridge from Rc Willey that we don't have a time to come in and look around. Michael was so kind and offered to take down the measurements that we needed and look into all the options that would work. He also offered to look into other appliances and took those measurements. I appreciate that he understood our time was valuable and offered to take the time to provide great customer service.
