  I don’t frequently leave reviews because I understand mistakes happen, but this was the worst experience I have ever had. I took my brand new $1500 TAG Heuer watch to get sized, something I can do myself but was running late for work. The man that did the sizing was downright rude, and charged me $27 for 5 minutes of work. Not only that, but he got BLOOD and scratches on my watch that he was banging on as if it were a $40 timex. He refused to lower the cost, and was a horrible person about the whole thing. Thankfully the amazing place I purchased the watch from (goldsmith jewelers) buffed everything right out for me. DO NOT TAKE YOUR EXPENSIVE TIMEPIECES TO THIS PLACE. They do not treat them with the quality and care that they should. Awful place oh they also broke one of the cotter pins in a removed link

  I searched several stores to have my Bulova watch fixed (the pin that holds the clasp on the watch band had broke). No one could do it because it’s a specialty pin. Mullet-Hoover was able to fix it and take a link out in 10 minutes (on the spot) and it cost me only a couple dollars. I will use them from here on out for any watch repairs and purchases. Thank you for the AMAZING customer service.
