  Very helpful staff who are always trying to help you find what you need, even if they have to send you somewhere else. For that they will always have my respect and my business. This particular location is kind of hard to see from the road though. I have driven by it more than once, even though I know where it is.

  I had to order in an air filter for my car. They said it would be there the next day. I went to get the part after 2 days. They looked for 10 minutes before discovering that the order was actually cancelled because it was not stocked in their Salt Lake warehouse. We can get it from a warehouse out of state, they said. It will just take two days. So life gets busy, I don't get around to it for about a week. I call the store before driving over there to make sure they have my filter. I was put on hold for almost ten minutes so I figured they had forgot about me, and I hung up. They did not call me back. I call back the next day (today) and I ask again if they have my filter. They said they got the filter but it was sent back to the warehouse because it had not been paid for before it was sent. Did anyone tell me I had to pay for it beforehand? No. Did anyone call me to say they got the part? Or that they were going to send the part back so it'd be a good idea for me to come pick it up? No. My one star rating is based on their failure to communicate any of these things to me, and the total lack of effort to help their customer all the way through such a simple process. I have spent way too much time and effort trying to get this air filter and I will never again go to O'reilly Auto Parts for my auto needs.
