  Francis the new store manager is awesome! He's very knowledgeable about his products and his customer service is great as well. I'd definitely recommend his store and staff!

  We got a half-off deal on an iPhone. Then our bills started coming in and they never applied the discount. Every time we went in to have them fix it, they told us to just wait a few more billing cycles and we never got the promised discount. Even after calling customer service, they couldn't fix the problem and finally, 5 months later, someone was able to correct the billing but they wouldn't give us the money they had been overcharging us back...
